By scheduling a mobile detailing service with Blackline Auto Detail, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and liability policies. Please review them carefully before submitting your booking request.

1. Estimates & Final Pricing

Any quote estimate generated by our online calculator is an approximation based on the vehicle size and services checked. We reserve the right to adjust the final price on-site upon visual inspection of the vehicle's condition. Upcharges may apply for excessive mud, pet hair, severe staining, or trash removal.

2. Pre-existing Conditions & Damage Disclaimer

While our detailing technicians exercise the utmost care, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage, wear, or defects on or inside your vehicle. These include but are not limited to:

  • Paint defects, chips, clear coat peeling, or oxidized coatings.
  • Loose, damaged, or aging plastic trims, interior panels, and emblems.
  • Pre-existing cracks, stars, or chips in windshields and window glass.
  • Mechanical faults, electrical issues, or engine bay leaks on unsealed or aged components.

You agree to disclose any known pre-existing conditions, mechanical anomalies, or fragile parts to the technician before services commence.

3. Biohazard & Extreme Conditions Policy

For health and safety reasons, we do not perform standard detailing on vehicles containing hazardous biological waste (including mold, mildew, blood, or bodily fluids) unless explicitly quoted under custom biohazard pricing. If undisclosed mold or biohazards are discovered, we reserve the right to immediately suspend service and adjust the quote or cancel the booking.

4. Weather & Mobile Site Requirements

Since we operate a mobile detailing service, our work is subject to safe weather conditions. In the event of heavy rain, high winds, freezing temperatures, or other severe weather, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment at no extra cost.

You are responsible for providing a safe working space (such as a driveway or parking space) with enough clearance around the vehicle for our technicians to operate.

5. Cancellation & Payment

If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of detailing services.
